Arthur was a godly man and a member of First Baptist Church of Villa Ridge. He was a remarkable husband and father who dedicated his profound love to and for his family. His enjoyments included casting a fishing line in await for the catch; cheering on a favorite football team with his hand in the snack bowl; or sitting behind the wheel of a race car he rebuilt for the thrill of it all.

Arthur knew the importance of being a true friend to many, to all who crossed his path, for he believed a helping hand began at the end of his own arm.

It has been a blessing, an honor to know Arthur, for the air was a little sweeter, the sun a little brighter with him beside us, and may we e'er remember to recall his kindnesses, his heartfelt love shared with all the lives he gently touched.
