Charles Ivan Bagley, age 72 of Hoschton, GA passed away on Sunday December 31, 2023. Charles was born November 6, 1951, in Buford, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents Ivan and Loyce Bagley.
He is survived by his 4 children; 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

Charles grew up next to the Buford radio station and during his high school years at North Gwinnett High School, he spent much of his free time there. He graduated high school in 1969. He loved the radio station and worked many years as a DJ there. He was also fond of DJ'ing at gospel revivals, sporting events, and high school reunions.

In 1975 Charles enlisted in the United States Air Force to work in communications. Charles was also very artistic and attended Dekalb College to study art. His artistic talent included his love of building model cars. He started building model cars in high school and has ever since.

Even though Charles was an avid Georgia Tech baseball, basketball and football fan, for 13 years he had a successful career with the University of Georgia in the mailroom. He also spent 10 years with Home Depot. If Charles wasn't at work, he would enjoy a Braves game, Falcons game, or a round of golf.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the Meadows Funeral Home on Sunday January 7, 2024, from 3:00pm- 5:00pm. No memorial service details are available at this time.
