Thomas Cannon, 84, died Friday of a heart attack at his daughter's home in East Freetown, where he had resided for the past 25 years. He was born in New Bedford, but went to East Freetown to reside when he was a young man. He married Miss Emma Allen of New Bedford. Mr. Cannon was an active member of the East Freetown grange. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. George Braley, East Freetown and Mrs. Jacob Swift of Middleboro. Funeral services were held at Mrs. George A. Braley's residence today at 2. The burial took place at the Rounsevell Cemetery, East Freetown.
