He is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, companion and caregiver Phyllis Miller Anderson during his failing health. Sons', Bennie Joe Anderson Jr. (Kim) of Knoxville, Jason Anderson of the home, and Angela Anderson (Deddy's Girl) of Greeneville, also his caregiver. His grandchildren whom he cherished, Chloe Anderson, Megan Anderson, Jaquay Davis, Azura Anderson, Trey Anderson (Jessica), Sierra Davis, Matthew Cole, and Spencer Moore (Alisha). Several great grandchildren whom he cherished. Sister, Patrica Elmore of Greeneville. Brother, George Franklin Anderson (Annette) of Huntsville AL. Nieces and nephews, Carnel and Charles Biggers, Shawn Anderson, Lamar Anderson and Travis Anderson. Special nieces and nephews, Nina Miller, Tanisha Tuck, and Curtis Anderson.
