Diana Loretta Hunter
JANUARY 9, 1941 – AUGUST 15, 2023

Diana passed away peacefully surrounded by family August 15, 2023. She was born January 9, 1941 to LaVar and Virginia Anderson in Murray Utah as the middle of their three children.
When raising her children it was important to her to give them experiences they would remember. Packing them in the family car and going on road trips each summer to California, Arizona and her children's favorite, Kanab.

Diana worked at Albertson's Grocery for over 20 years, where she started in the bakery then worked as a cashier. Collecting many of her beloved recipes from customers as she checked their groceries. Diana always had a talent for cooking, and baking. She shared her talents through Christmas candies and honey popcorn with her children and grandchildren often. She retired from Albertson's to take care of her grandchildren and others from her neighborhood. Cultivating a love of outdoors and creativity within all those she tended.

Diana's true passion was her garden, she was always found outside weeding, pruning, and watering her flowers. She was always willing to share her knowledge of plants with anyone that asked. Her garden was truly admired by all.

She moved to Riverton to be closer to her family in 2011. There she found new friends and a community that surrounded her with love, and she loved them dearly. Special thanks to her adopted families, the Loeffler, Inkley, and Holt families.

Special thanks to her niece Kitty Taylor, in her last years she brought joy and comfort to Diana's home everyday.

Much thanks to Bristol Hospice, and the staff at The Peaks memory care facility for helping take care of her in her last days.

Diana is survived by her sister Donna. Her Children: Tracy (JaNae), Troy, Kimberlee (Bill). Her Grandchildren. Her Great-Grand children. She was preceded in death by her Parents and sister Delores.
