Allie Steven Crow, known as Steve, 66, of Conover, North Carolina, passed away on January 8, 2024, at Carolina Caring Hospice House.
Steve was an army veteran and a member of the First Baptist Church in Newton, who loved life and loved to spend time with his family and friends.
He was born in Newton, North Carolina on January 16, 1957, to the late Bryan Howard Crow Sr. and Mildred Maynard Crow.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Bryan Howard Crow Jr. and a sister Patricia Lynn Crow of Chicago; also, a stepson Charles Nathan Harrison III of Lenoir.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Harrison Crow of the home; children, Andrew Palmer Crow of New Bern, NC, Heather Patricia Crow of Germany; stepchildren, Jessica Renee Harrison of Granite Falls; granddaughters, Makayla Alexis Harrison, Kirstin Renee Bolden, Shayna Starlynn Harrison and Nova Ann Danielle Peters. Also surviving his truest of friends James Terry Alexander and wife Joyce D Alexander of Conover, NC and Steve Maness and wife, Donna of Statesville.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Burke Mortuary and Crematory in Newton with Pastor John Robbins officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. The burial service will follow at Catawba Memorial Park at 3:00 p.m.
