Joy Manbevers, 74, of Stoutsville passed away on January 7, 2024. She was born on January 8, 1949 in Circleville to James and Betty (Arledge) Sawyer. She retired from Thomson Consumer Electric. She was affiliated with Logan Elm Baptist and Good Shepherd UMC and was a faithful caregiver to many people. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Doyle Manbevers Jr.; brother James "Tom" Sawyer; sister Debbie and by grandchild Tayler Fowler. Joy is survived by her children Jonathan (Anna Kring) Fowler, David (Cynthia) Fowler; grandchildren Ashtian Fowler, Hannah (Nick) Coy, Andrea, Matthew and Hunter Fowler; great grandchildren Bentley Fowler, Briellah Buckner and Tegan Giffin; special niece Lisa (Matt) Ramey, nieces and nephews T.J. and Susan Sawyer and by several great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions are suggested to Logan Elm Baptist Church, 22530 Bolender Pontius Road. Circleville, Ohio 43113.
