A Jacksonville native, Mary Lou was born August 16, 1939 to Aaron W. and Elizabeth Powers. She attended local schools. Mary Lou married Ernest Willoughby on May 19, 1983.
Mary Lou worked in the restaurant industry. A member of the Baptist faith, she loved attending various Church events.
She is survived by her husband, Ernest Willoughby; sons, Timothy Mitchell and David Mitchell; also grandsons, Shaun, Zyle, Zeth and Aaron Mitchell; granddaughters, Zara and Zandra Mitchell; and 2 great-grandchildren.
