Ronald M. Krueger, age 79, of Abbotsford, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, December 29, 2023 at Bedrock Healthcare in Abbotsford under the tender care of St. Croix Hospice. Per Ron's wishes, no services will be held.

Ron was born on March 29, 1944, the son of Melvin and Audrey (Meyer) Krueger in the Town of Johnson. He was united in marriage to Carol Smazal on February 23, 1963 in Wausau. Together they raised eight wonderful children. She preceded him in death on August 10, 2015.

Ron worked as an auto mechanic and partner at Rogers Hilltop Auto in Abbotsford. He enjoyed racing, Mollie B Polka music, puzzles and word searches. Most importantly, Ron loved and cherished his family.

Ron is lovingly survived by his six children: Kevin Krueger, Mary Pohlman, Dale Krueger, Rhonda Grabko, Sharon Miller, and Kasey Krueger; his 12 grandchildren; Brandon Pecher, Kayla Pecher, Tiffany Krueger, Kevin Krueger Jr., Joshua Baumann, Stephanie Baumann-Krueger, Dustin Krueger, Mitchell Grabko, Amanda Krueger, Amber Miller, Kamron Krueger, and Klay Krueger and his 3 great-grandchildren; Logan Baumann, Gabriel Blackwell, Emma Stockfisch, Olivia Baumann and Brady Stockfisch. He is further survived by five siblings: Sandy (Dennis) Orth, Marilyn Abeggelen, Connie Rausch, Richard Krueger and Karen Kalepp; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Ron is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Carol; his daughters Laura Krueger-Pecher and Nancy Mast; and a sister, Carol Orlikowski
