Alice is survived by her two daughters, Susan Deems and Sharon Masters and husband, Steve Masters; granddaughters, Rachel and Lauren Deems; sister-in-law, Elva Steed; and niece and nephew, Deidre Steed and James Steed.
Alice was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and dog-great-grandmother, serving as a caretaker for many human and furry family members throughout the years. Additionally, she worked in various roles with the Little Rock Independent School District for 25 years, where she met incredible friends, students and parents.
After her retirement, Alice moved to Carrollton, Texas to be closer to her family. Her years in Texas were full of manicures and pedicures, shopping trips, family meals, weekly church services and so much more. Family and friends will always remember her quick wit, contagious laugh, and love of animals.
A graveside service will be held at Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
