Elsie Jane Wegley, 90, died on April 26, 2018 in Houston, Texas.

She was born June 22, 1927 to Robert and Emma Hoag who were members of the Presbyterian Church of Okmulgee and the Lady Elks of Sapulpa. Elsie went to high school in Munessen, Pennsylvania, and moved to Bridgeton, New Jersey after her graduation. She moved again to work at the Owens, Illinois glass plant. She later returned to Pennsylvania where she worked as a telephone operator. Elsie married Ray Wegley in 1948, and moved to Oklahoma where they they were blessed with four children, Thomas, Karen, Raymond, Jr., and Robert. She then worked at Bartlett Collins Glass Plant for 23 years. Elsie was very active with the Lady Elks and went on to make many very dear friends.

She is survived by four children; fourteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
