Ocie Delbert Halbert, Jr. would be my cousin. He was stilborn due to kidney disease/diabetes in mom. How very sad. Ocie and Rena were wonderful people and would have made super great parents. But you know all these things, those things we don't always understand, are in God's hands. We trust Him to know what is best, and believe in Him to give us the strength and courage to go on. I will see you someday little Ocie with your mom and dad.
