Anita Stella Beechie was born on Sept. 24, 1920 in Olga, ND to Napoleon Louis Gadaire and Amanda Eleanore Gosselin. She married Gerald Joseph Beechie on Sept 16, 1940. Six children were born in their 38 years of marriage. She died in Bakersfield, CA on Feb 5, 2009. She is survived by a sister, four children, twelve grandchildren, and soon-to-be six great-grandchildren. She was buried at the Santa Clara Mission Cemetery on Feb. 9, 2009.
