Carol was born on November 18, 1963, the daughter of Edward and Janet Zeidner in Cooperstown, NY.
Carol is survived by her husband, Earl Swank, Jr.; 4 sons Art and Courtney Swank of Canajoharie, Adam Zeidner,and Ashley of Canajoharie, Stewart Zeidner of Gloversville, and Adam Snyder; 2 daughters Amymarie and DJ Nightingale of Fort Plain, and Christine Abeling of St. Johnsville; 8 grandchildren Elizabeth and Martin Kretser, Jr, Arthur Swank Jr, John and Raelynn Swank, Shawn Zeidner, Leland Cyr, Kyla Cyr, Alivia Cyr, Taylor Cyr, Gracemae Cyr, Gabriella Cyr; a cousin that was like a sister Lizzie (Gil) Stevens; her adopted family John (Michelle) Cyr; her brother in laws Will Swank, Bob Zeidner and Jack Zeidner, extended family Walter Koons, III and Terri Koons; and several cousins, and one maternal aunt.
A Graveside service will take place on Wednesday December 27, 2023, at 10:00 am at Fort Plain Cemetery.
