She married Russell W. Adkins and he preceded her in death.
Elizabeth was a cook at Webb's Hickory Stick Restaurant.
She loved watching her favorite team, the Chiefs play and win. She was a very passionate and tough pitch player
Survivors include two daughters; Mary Ellen McClean and significant other Gary of Topeka, Kansas and Sandy Shields Sturgeon of Carrollton, Missouri; eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Russell, one son, Harry Lee Adkins, and several brothers and sisters.
