Betty Jane Proctor "Grandma Betty" went home to be with the Lord, August 23, 2006, on her adoring husband's birthday who preceded her in death on August 26, 1981. (What a celebration that must have been) Betty was a dearly loved Wife, Mom and Grandma. She loved Cooking, shopping with her daughters and spending each Christmas with her family. She is survived by six children, Linda (Tommy) Clark, Peggy (Paul) Arnold, Jane (Bill) Neal, Terry (Sandra) Proctor, Penny Proctor and Kim (Steve)Young; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and many great, great grandchildren; and two sisters, Sue Carter and Georgana Hoff. Betty was preceded in passing by two brothers, Wilbur and John Anderson and two sisters, Pauline Ray and Phyllis Glover. Friends may be received on Saturday, August 26, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, Franklin with a graveside service immediately following at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh with the Rev. Tom Knight officiating.
