Leota was born on June 8, 1936 at Odessa, WA to Edward & Helen (Hopp) Borgens. Leota graduated from Harrington High School in 1954. She worked at Old National Bank for about 6 years in Harrington.
Leota married Earl Allen on September 4, 1960 and together they lived in Odessa where they raised their 3 children. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren along with sister Corrine Schuh and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter Connie Kellar.
Leota was a member of the Odessa Four Square Church and enjoyed time spent with her family.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Odessa Cemetery, in Odessa, WA.
