Fleta Gaye Pratt, age 69, died peacefully on April, 20, 2008 surrounded by her family. Gaye was born May 11, 1938 in Fitztown, Okla. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Thomas Bryce and Ola Mae Dodds Bryce; son, Daniel Wayne Wynn; and son, Billy Charles Wynn Jr. Gaye leaves behind her beloved husband, Arthur Charles Pratt; daughters, Dyane Magliolo (Tom) and Angela Berka (Reg); son, Wesley Wynn (Rune); brothers, Dillard Bryce (Faye), Jerry Bryce (Clydeine) and Wayne Bryce; sister, Sharon Snowder (Don); brother-in-law, Phil Pratt (Illene); six grandchildren, Steven Coleman (Rachel), Christy Morgan (J.D.), Shandy Wynn, Allicyn Berka, Ben Berka and Corynn Berka; seven great-grandchildren, Ryan, Brett, Ashley, Ethan, Cassandra, Cierra and Sebastian; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a NASA contractor from 1969-92. She held various positions throughout her career, including clerk in the Public Affairs Office, film distribution library and photographic technician developing the film from Apollo and Shuttle missions. Some of her greatest joys were traveling with her husband, Charlie, shopping, gardening and spending time with her family, friends and pets. Visitation will be held at Metcalf Funeral Home, 1801 E. White Oak Terrace, Conroe, Texas Thursday, April 24, from 6 - 8 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held on April 25 at 10 a.m. at Metcalf Funeral Home.
