Martha Sue Hesterlee, age 90 of College Park, GA passed away on December 11, 2023. She was born on January 11, 1933 in Carrollton, GA to the late Roff Calvin Horsley and Essie Jane Allen Horsley.
She retired from Arrow Shirts Company in East Point, GA and then was a caregiver for several years. Martha Sue was preceded in death by her husband; Dewey W. Hesterlee Jr., her parents and sisters; Erlene Cosby and Mary Jo Compton, brothers; Calvin Horsley Jr., John Huey Horsley and Wayne Horsley. Survivors include her son Michael Hesterlee, his wife; Katie and her daughter; Sheila Whiteside. Her grandkids; Nicole, Jeff and Jessica. Great grandkids; Natalie, Damien, Kiley, Claire and Ellie, sister; Esther Arrington, and sister in law; Mary Horsley. She was a wonderful mom. She was always there if we needed something. She had lots of friends and loved to go dancing at the VFW.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 12pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens located at 5755 Mallory Rd in College Park GA.
