He was born in Greensboro, N. C. Oct 8, 1847 and had resided in Austin 60 years. He was one of the oldest hardware traveling salesmen in the State. Besides his widow, Mrs. Bettie H. Woodburn, he is survived by three sons, Frank C. Woodburn, Jr., and John H. Woodburn of Austin, and Capt. T. B. Woodburn of Oswego, N. Y. four daughters Misses Nellie, Bessie and Lillie Woodburn and Mrs. J. L. Condit all of Austin.
