Mrs. Bliss was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Clinton Township. She volunteered her time at Compassion Pregnancy Center, Mount Clemens General Hospital, and Trinity Lutheran Church during various activities. Antonette enjoyed bowling, playing cards, gardening, doing ceramics, and was a babysitter for her grandchildren and neighborhood kids. Antonette loved spending time with her family and friends, especially "family vacations" every year with her kids and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Deborah Simmons, Lyle (Dana) Bliss, Gregory Bliss and Brent (Nicole) Bliss; 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her sisters, Kathy Keighley, Sandra Spencer, and brother, Larry Biscorner. Antonette was predeceased by her husband, Donald M. on June 30, 2000; her parents, Ralph and Loretta Biscorner; brother, Ronnie Biscorner, and sister, Ruth Ann May.
Visiting hours are 3:00 - 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, everyone is required to wear a mask, covering your mouth and nose. Please limit visiting to a few minutes as to allow others to pay their respects, as we are only allowed 25 guests in the funeral home at a time.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a..m. (in state 10:00), Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 38900 Harper, Clinton Township with Pastor Ken Wise officiating.
Private burial will follow at Clinton Grove Cemetery, Clinton Township.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
