King, Nora Earp, age 87, died Tuesday, Jul 7, 1998, In Poteau Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and the widow of John Norton King. Funeral will be 10 am Thursday at First Baptist Church in Cowlington Oklahoma, with burial at Short Mountain cemetery near Cowlington under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw Oklahoma. Preceded in death by her husband and a daughter Betty Jean King Pekarcik Rollo. She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Sue Dod Burrows of Charlotte North Carolina; one son Stuart Dean King of Wilburton Oklahoma; eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Viewing will be from 10 am to 9 pm Jul 8, 1998.
