Sammy attended Old Salem High School. He loved fishing, hunting, playing video games; he was a friendly and helpful person, and he loved being around his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Love, his mother, Lucille Thompson Isom; two brothers, Freddie B. Love and James Brown; sister, Ruby Doris Harris; brother-in-law, L.G. Brown.
Sammy leaves to cherish his memory three brothers: James Isom (Gracie) of Blue Mountain, MS, Willie Isom (Teresa) of Myrtle, MS and Arthur Love Jr. of Potts Camp, MS; six sisters: Sarah White of Hickory Flat, MS, Alice Isom and Mary Tunstall (John) both of Memphis, TN, Cynthia Ann Brown of New Albany, MS, Nell Love and Christy Love both of Potts Camp, MS, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
