The Wichita Eagle (KS) January 24, 2002 > The Rev. H. E "Ed" Alsup, age 84, of Owasso, OK, formerly of Wichita, a retired pastor, died Tuesday, January 22, 2002. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Central Baptist Church of Owasso. Survivors include sons, Bruce Alsup of Wagoner, OK, and David Alsup, of Lowell, AR. five grandchildren; six great grandchilden. A Memorial has been established with Ed Alsup Chapel at Baptist Retirement Center, in Owasso. Mowrey Funeral Service of Owasso in charge of arrangements. {He was a son of Herbert Anderson Alsup and Dorothy Lockhart}
