John 14:2-3
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Everything is ready and our beloved matriarch, known as Ginny, has moved into her heavenly home. She was welcomed by her twin brother Grant Lee Powers, carrying the red balloon she gave him, because he never had one. She was also welcomed in loving embrace of her father and mother, Granville and Lillian Powers. She was surrounded by greetings and love from her best friend, Alice Pacetti, brothers, Dorle (Jack) Lanham, Harry Powers, her sister, Mary Cavender, and former spouse, Lewis Clemmer. Most of all she was reunited with her beloved son, Scott Clemmer.

Her legacy to cherish her memory stretches across many generations of happiness, love, and laughter. Her children, Ramona, George, and Tammy. Her grandchildren, Derreck, Lisa (Marcus), Dean, Laura (Matt), Billy (Tammy), Ramona (Shane), Mary (Ray), Katlin (Austyn), Kindi, Melissa (Ray), Heather (Steve), Latasha, Genevieve (Troy), Deborah (David), and Maheatherland (Stephan). Her great grandchildren, Katie, Brittany, Micheala, Alexandrea, Sarah, Cameron, Gavin, Aubrey, William, Sanvanna, Brandon, Gabrielle, Raymond, Matthew, Samantha, Alexis, Kyle, Olivia, Trevor, Amanda, Katelyn, Kaci, Cassidy, Johnny, Jasmine, Micheal, Renardo, Melique, Renetrius, Taiten, Trayvon, Erica, Jermiah, Aubrey, and Jacob. Her Great Great grandchildren, Trevor Jr., Cheyenne, Ashlynn, Madilynn, Emberlee, and Ann-Marie.

She will be treasured by her friend of 70+ years Virginia Buckner. Two young women who forged a bond of love, loyalty, and support through good times and bad times as they united in friendship to raise a total of nine children together. These include Georgia, Allen, Curtis, Sherri, and Debbie.

Her unending capacity to love unconditionally leaves an infinite list of cherished loved ones as she gently touched the hearts of everyone who met her.
As an animal lover, she shared her earthly home with her Burmese mountain dog, Jack, a border collie, Bucky, a walker, Rerun, a miniature chihuahua, Zazoo (ZiZi) an American short hair black cat, Kat, and a multitude of recently adopted stray cats. It is important to note Jack, is a Burmese mountain dog, she made sure to stress that fact as it brought her great joy.

Ginny loved to garden and took meticulous care of her flower beds and vegetable garden. She loved to sit at her kitchen window and watch the birds come to feed. She would often point out the names of the various birds that came, her most favorite being the titmouse. She would beam with pride as she would point out how to tell the difference between a male and female pigeon. She loved tomatoes and during the harvest season would eat her fill of tomato sandwiches. She also loved to work jigsaw puzzles, and as her humor was mischievous and often devious, would hide puzzle pieces someone else was looking for so she could place it herself. She would occasionally enjoy in setting someone up in a practical joke, especially her son George. She taught us to laugh from morning till night. She also loved to work Sudoku puzzles and often fussed as she worked the sudoku puzzle each morning in the newspaper. She had the energy of the energizer bunny and often worked circles around everyone else. She enjoyed rock hunting and took great pleasure when she found a painted rock someone had left for her to find. She was a trouble shooter for a restaurant chain that traveled her all over the United States, her favorite States were Colorado and Louisiana. She shared stories of her childhood that often led to her running from something that scared her to her hiding spot under the front porch. The most famous was the story causing her to run to the porch was the planes doing and aerial show with loops and dips. She said she ran like a hank was chasing her and knocked herself silly. She shared that she would run when her grandmother would say "A cloud burst is coming" she did not know what a cloud burst was and was not going to hang around to find out. Another time she was reaching for a crowbar that was in the rafters of the ceiling, she got a chair and stood on her tip toes trying to reach it, it fell and hit her head. She was crying and when asked why she wanted the crowbar adamantly declared, "I don't know!"

Amazing woman, Amazing life, Amazing love! Until we meet again!
