William J Mosely, 88, a well known resident of Middleburg, died at his home their Monday night. The body has been prepared for burial by Marcus Conant and funeral arrangements will be announced later.

His first wife was Kisiah Ann Phillips, who died (presumably in childbirth) about 1862.
He later married his cousin Sarah Moseley 17 Jun 1864 in Montgomery County, GA, after which they moved to Clay County, Florida and lived on a farm next to her brother William. Later, they moved to Duval County, Florida.
