Marvin L. Bellanger, 39, of White Earth, died May 23 at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo.
Marvin Lowell Bellanger was born Jan. 18, 1967 in Detroit Lakes to Darwin E. and Goldie (Hanks) Bellanger. He was a lifelong resident of White Earth where he attended school. During his working life he worked in the maintenance department at the Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen.
Marvin is survived by three daughters: Heidi Bellanger, Tanya Smith of Detroit Lakes, Destiny Bellanger of White Earth; two sons: Richard Bellanger of Cass Lake, Dustin Bellanger of White Earth; three sisters: Tammy Bellanger of Waubun, Danette (Jeremiah) Wolff of Moorhead, Jennifer Herley of International Falls, Minn.; one brother, Dale Bellanger of Moorhead. He was preceded in death by his father, Darwin; mother, Goldie; one brother, Ricky.
Marvin, also known as "Bunny" loved pow-wow's, being with his friends and visiting. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He loved his children and family and will be missed.
The funeral service was held May 27 at the Circle of Life School in White Earth.
