Miss Edwards was born June 15, 1907, in Wesson and was a retired business woman. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Biloxi and the United Daughters of the Confederacy where she was a past president.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie Baker and Leslie Magee Edwards, and a brother, Whitfield Edwards.
Survivors include two brothers, Dudley Edwards of Wesson and Charlie Edwards of Biloxi; and three sisters, Christine Edwards and Mary E. Burrow, both of Biloxi, and Betty Patterson of Arlington, Va.
A service will be at 8 tonight at Brookhaven Funeral Home where friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Edwards Cemetery. Riemann Memorial Funeral Home on Beauvoir Road in Biloxi is in charge of local arrangements.
