Naomi Ruth Lehenbauer, born on June 22, 1927, to Gordon and Margaret (Griffin) Hill in Monroe City, Missouri, peacefully passed away on November 16, 2023. Naomi's life was a tapestry of love, dedication, and cherished moments with family and friends.

Naomi's journey began in Monroe City, where she attended Monroe City High School, graduating in 1945. During her high school years, she worked diligently at Henderson Produce Co., showcasing the strong work ethic that would define her life. Post-graduation, Naomi pursued her passion for cosmetology, embarking on an apprenticeship under the guidance of Evelyn Kinzer and Erma Kroger. Upon completing her apprenticeship, she realized her dream by opening Naomi's Beauty Salon, a beloved establishment that would thrive for over 60 years.

On October 24, 1948, Naomi married the love of her life, Maurice Lehenbauer, beginning a partnership that would endure for decades until his passing on February 28, 2018. Together, they shared a life filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories.

In her later years, after the loss of Maurice, Naomi found solace and companionship at the Monroe City Manor Care Center. She embraced her time there, forming meaningful connections with fellow residents and enjoying the various activities organized by the dedicated staff. Naomi was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, where her faith provided her strength and comfort throughout her life.

Naomi took immense pride in her large and loving family. She attended every event her daughters participated in, be it sports or artistic endeavors, and she relished the moments spent cheering on her grandchildren. Family was the cornerstone of Naomi's life, and her devotion to her loved ones knew no bounds.

Naomi Ruth Lehenbauer is survived by her daughters, Lorrie Buckman (Lambert) and Monica Ludwig, seven grandchildren, Michael Buckman (Tessy); Levi Buckman; Lincoln Buckman; Lillie Underwood (Brandon); Brooke Ludwig; Derek Ludwig (Lyndsey); Brandon Ludwig (Kayla), eight great-grandchildren, Audrey Ludwig; Camae Ludwig; Arley Ludwig, Wayland; Adlee Ludwig; Sebastion Ludwig; Ty Watson and Carly Buckman. One brother Danny Joe Hill (Doloris) and one sister Shirley Zoller (Jay). Also Numerous Nieces and Nephews who affectionately gave Naomi the name of "The Kissing Aunt".

She was proceeded in death by her parents, three brothers Vencil Hill (Maxine); Raymond Hill (DeeDee) and Leo Hill (Karen). Four sisters Francis Zeiger (Billy); Virginia Stull (Wayne); Lorene Long Webb (Gene) (Charles) and Betty Karcher(Bryce). In-laws Marvin and Lois Lehenbauer. Five Nephews, Kenny Zeiger; Dennis Karcher; Joe Long; Rodney Hill; Kieth Hill and one niece Nancy Dalton.
