Oscar Moody, Son of Nelson Adams and Mary Catherine Bone Adams, was born March 6, 1894- died June 6, 1959. He was the grandson of: I. Kinchen Adams and Louise Littleton Adams. He married Mable Stanley Adams May 9, 1921 and died February 26, 1990.

They had four children (1) Mary Evelyn Adams,(born April 25, 1922 and died April 8, 1928), (2) Virginia Cornelia (born July 17, 1924); (3) Dorothy Jean (born August 22, 1930) and (4) Ward Franklin (born February 28, 1938)

Virginia married Henry L Cooksey April 18, 1941; they had five children: George Nelson Cooksey born June 3, 1942; Janet Cooksey Potter Born February 16, 1945; Gina Cooksey Evans born June 6, 1955, Kimi Cooksey Proctor born October 31, 1961; and Crystal Cooksey Petty born April 15, 1966.

Dorothy married William James Weaver they had three children: (1) Michael, (2) Gloria and (3) Glen.

Ward married Alice and live in Chicago, Illinois; they have four children: Cathey, Elizabeth, Mary and Ward, Jr.
