Visitation for Howard R. ''Bob'' Gull, 75, of Chebanse, will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Knapp Funeral Home, Clifton, where services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Terry Anglea will officiate.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Chebanse.
Memorials may be made to Chebanse Community Center.

Mr. Gull died Sunday (Dec. 21, 1997) at his residence.
He was born April 29, 1922 in Manitoba, Canada, the son of John and Alberta Hansel Gull.

Surviving are his wife, the former Audrey J. Wolfe Blanchette, whom he married May 6, 1978 in Watseka; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Earl and Bernie Gull of Grand Rapids, Mich., Steve and Karen Gull of Darien, Alan and Mary Gull and Bill Gull, all of Lyons; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Zelda and Embert Hedeman and Florence Leonard, all of Guttenburg, Iowa, and one sister-in-law, Marie Gull also of Guttenburg; 11 grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; one great- grandchild; one stepdaughter, Nancy Hubert of St. Anne; stepsons and wives, Steve and Beth Blanchette of Kankakee and Randy and Faith Blanchette of St. Anne.

Deceased are five brothers and one sister.

Mr. Gull served in U.S. Marines as an aviator during the Korean Conflict.

He was a service representative for Roper Corporation.
He was a member of the Central VFW; the Chebanse American Legion; and active with Chebanse Community Center.
He enjoyed woodworking and crafts.
