Ray F. (Tweeter) Martz, 75, died at 9:30 p.m. at the Mulberry Lutheran Home where he had been a resident since May 29, 1957. He had been a patient in the hospital and had returned to the home on Tuesday.
He was born in Clinton county on December 23, 1890, the son of Luther and Elizabeth Slayback Martz. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran church. There are no survivors.
Before entering the home, he tended bar for many years at the Corner Bar and Grill.
Services will be held Friday morning at 10 a.m. in the Lutheran Home with the Rev. George P. Krebs officiating. Burial will be in Fair Haven cemetery.
