EATON, Ohio -- Cindy K. Shepherd, 47, of Eaton, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004.

Born Feb. 24, 1957, in Hamilton to Walter and Mae Graham Perkins, she was a licensed practical nurse at Friendship Village in Dayton.

Survivors include her parents; daughters, Chandra Shepherd and Brandy Shepherd; and brother, Larry Perkins.

Service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Girton-Schmidt-Boucher Funeral Home, Eaton, with visitation from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday.
