Craig is a son of Norman W. and Bette (Eddy) Garrison.

From his obituary we read: Craig "graduated from Three Rivers High School with the Class of 1967. He joined the United States Marine Corps straight out of high school, completed basic training at Camp Pendleton, and later served as an officer for the Three Rivers Police Department.

In 1976, he married Roseanne Brown and spent the next 19 years building and creating memories with their beautiful family until Roseanne's passing in 1995.

Craig worked as a Purchasing Manager at the Johnson Corporation for more than 20 years. He enjoyed many golf outings, company picnics, and made lifelong friends during his time there. He was able to enjoy an early retirement hosting family and friends at his house on Fisher Lake.

An active community member, he participated with the BPOE, Eagles, and American Legion (AmVets). He enjoyed golfing in the Elks League, many trips to Cocoa Beach Florida, and loved watching the Michigan Wolverines. You could always spot him in his car around town with his coffee, making leisurely laps around the city. He was a great friend, father, golf partner, and co-pilot."
