ALBERT FARRER
Walton--Albert Otto Farrer, 85, retired farmer of west of Walton, died at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph's Hospital, Logansport, Indiana.
He was born April 3, 1880 in Grant county, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Farrer. On January 24, 1923, Mr. Farrer was married to Marian Smith and she survives.
There are two sons, Harold Farrer of Wyoming and Harry Farrer, Camden, Rural Route 2; two daughters, Mrs. Alma Rains, Lucerne Rural Route 1; and Mrs. Genevieve Brookshire, Logansport Rural Route 4; one step daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Hensell, Grand Rapids, Michigan; one sister, Mrs. Effie Riggles, Clayton, Indiana; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Fisher Funeral Home at Logansport. The Reverend Alfred Nyland will officiate and burial will be in the St. Joseph's Cemetery, west of Walton, Indiana.
