As documented in the History of the Livesay's by the Livesay Historical Society, research, records, and numerous Descendants, Andrew Jackson Livesay was born in Grayson County, Virginia in 1802.

Andrew Jackson Livesay is the Eldest Son of James Livesay and Ellender Caldwell Livesay. When he was born his Father and Mother were both 20 years old. He is the Grandson of George Livesay Sr and Nancy Anderson Livesay. He is the Great Grandson of Thomas Livesay II (of the Livesay's of Feniscowles Hall in Lancashire, England) and Margaret Stones Livesay, who emigrated to British Colonial America from Lancashire, England in 1758. The Surname 'Livesay' is now found to be very rare in England.

Andrew Jackson Livesay has 11 Siblings:
