"Funeral services for Frank W. Biggs, 82 years old, who died Wednesday at the home, 944 West Thirty-fourth street, will be held at 2 o'clock Monday at the Freeman chapel, 104 West Forty-second street.
Mr. Biggs, who had lived in Kansas City thirty-seven years, had served at various times as a Republican precinct judge in elections. He operated a collection agency at his home. Mr. Biggs was a past patron of the Ivanhoe chapter of the Order of Eastern Star and was a member of the Gate City Masonic lodge and the Sicilian lodge of the Knights of Pythias.
He leaves a daughter, Mrs. J. W. Tibbitts, of Houston, Tex; two grandchildren and two great-grand-children." The Kansas City Star, October 4, 1947
