John P. Maron, 55, of South Beaver Township, died Friday, April 2, 1999, in his residence. Born Nov. 25, 1943, in Youngstown, Ohio, he was a son of Mary (Wroblewski) Maron Kudrich, of Warren, Ohio, and the late Joseph Maron. He had worked in refrigeration and air conditioning for the Jones & Laughlin Steel Corp. in Aliquippa and Campbell, Ohio, and was employed in the maintenance department of the Beaver Valley Nursing Center for the past 14 years. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church; American Legion Post 19, New Brighton, and the Beaver Falls Sportsmen's Club in South Beaver Township. Friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Campbell's Chippewa Funeral Home, 2618 Darlington Road, where prayers will be recited Monday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Darlington, celebrated by the Rev. Father James Krah. Entombment will follow in Campbell's Williamsburg Mausoleum, Chippewa Township.
