Miss Jennie J. Crosby, 78, a former Bridgeport resident who lived in New York city, died July 14, 1951 in her home after a long illness.
Miss Crosby is survived by one brother, Charles I. Crosby, and one sister, Mrs. Nellie Holmes, both of Bridgeport; and two nieces, Mrs Ethel Lovell of New Haven and Mrs. Lena Fisk of Southington.
Services were held in the Henry E. Bishop and Son funeral home, 1139 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport with the Rev. Delmar S. Markie, pastor of St. George's Episcopal church officiating. Burial will be in Park Cemetery, 620 Lindley St. in Bridgeport.
