Brent Jackson Jr. was born August 26, 1981 in Biloxi, MS. He is the son of Brent Jackson Sr. and Allie Marie Jackson both of Biloxi. Brent was a graduate of Biloxi High School. He joined First Missionary Baptist Church in Biloxi and was baptized at a young age. Brent was a strong, healthy, handsome, young adult man. His physical appearance resembled a healthy "fit" sports athlete.

Brent respected his elders. He was brought up on the love and wisdom of his grandmother whom he loved and cared for. He was a reliable person and the love of his life was his mother, Allie. Brent was her rock and her strength more than anyone could ever imagine. He was truly a dedicated loving son.

Brent had great love for children, and he had two god children: Demetrius Jr. and Damarius Coleman. He was their "Superman".

His hobbies included power weight lifting, and his passion was the sport games of basketball, he played basketball almost every day. He enjoyed tinkering with vehicle engines and doing mechanic, paint and body work on old classic cars. Brent was employed at the Biloxi Wal-Mart Shopping Center. He recently had started classes with the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee to become a certified licensed electrician.

In addition to his parents, he leaves to cherish his memories his grandparents: Elbert and Mandy Lee Magee Sr. of Franklinton, LA; his grandmother: Ruby Ratcliff of Atlanta, GA; eleven aunts; ten uncles; a host of cousins, and many dear priceless friends.

Brent passed way in Jackson County Sunday, April 13, 2008 at the tender age of 26. This horrible tragedy leaves this family suffering of grief and loss of our beloved Brent. When he left us, we know that our God of truth and love embraced Brent and took him from this world to a better place.
