ATTICA -- George W. Day, 89, a native of West Lebanon and former Attica resident, died Wednesday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. William Fitzgerald, at Inglewood, Calif. He was married in 1897 at West Lebanon to Gail Ward, who died in Attica in 1958. He was a member of West Lebanon Presbyterian Church, which he helped to construct. Surviving with the daughter is a brother, Herman Day, of West Lebanon. The body will be sent to Attica.
