She was born on June 8, 1953 in Fort Smith to Troy Lee and Dorothy Juanita (Massengill) Moore.

Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Lloyd Melton, Jr. and Bradley Brewer, three sons, Steven, Brian and Lloyd Melton, a daughter, Kathie Seagan, four brothers and one sister.
She is survived by her daughter, Tiffanie Melton of Fort Smith; a son, Bobby Melton of Texarkana, AR; brothers, Bobby Lynn and James Moore; three sisters, Sherline Allen, Diane Breeger and Tammy Moore; 20 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
