The son of Darrel Ray and Norma Faye (Fouch) Bledsoe, Rick was born November 6, 1954 in Guymon. He attended Guymon High School graduating with the class of 1973. Rick graduated from OPSU in 1993 with a degree in Computer Aided Drafting.
Rick was married to Terena Copley and to this union they were blessed with two children, Kirk and Amber Bledsoe. In 1993 Rick married Martha Scott adding her children, Andy Scott and Brandy Tharp, to his family. He was blessed with thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Rick was a skilled welder and worked alongside his dad, Darrel throughout the years. He recently retired from his full-time welding career at Hitch Feeders 1. Rick also worked as a butcher at United Supermarkets for many years.
After retiring Rick took on a full-time job as PaPa to his grandkids, cheering them on as they participated in numerous sports and activities. He also enjoyed keeping busy with welding projects and going on motorcycle rides. Rick was an active member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Darrel and Norma Bledsoe, brother, Gary Bledsoe, and parents-in-law John and Slokey Tuttle.
