He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Quenton Morris, and daughter-in-law, Terri Morris.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Morris; son, Eddie Morris; daughters; Aggie (David), and Kathleen; and brother; Quenton (Kathleen).
His services will be held on October 19, 2023, at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. with the service beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Julian Walker presiding and Chuck Roth assisting. The processional will reconvene at Elim Cemetery in Brewton, Alabama where Billy Morris will be interred.
