Julia Evelyn Norman Parker passed away on December 10, 2021, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Washington D.C. on October 26, 1929, to Percy Marshall Norman and Virginia Meade.
Julia married Lloyde W. Parker November 15, 1947. She supported Lloyde, her husband of 61 years, in his insurance and real estate businesses. Julia was a loving and kind wife and mother and she was a devoted grandmother and great grandmother. She was an avid gardener and she took pride in decorating and providing a beautiful home for her family. Julia was a cradle Episcopalian and was a charter member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Pflugerville, Texas. Julia was a tireless member of the altar guild in each of the parishes she attended.
Julia is survived by her son Larry Norman Parker (Debbie) and daughter JaRetta Parker Mouser (Rick), daughter-in-law Muriel H. Parker, six grandchildren Nicole Parker Lino (Nathan), Drew Parker, Derek Parker (Jessica), Erin Mouser Abernathy, Randall Mouser (Letisha), Camille Parker Conley (Larry); fifteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents, sisters Dorothy Norman Watts and Virginia Norman Gallotta; her husband Lloyde W. Parker and son Raymond Lewis Parker.
A visitation will be held Friday, December 17, at 1:00, with funeral service immediately following at 2:00, at Beck Funeral Home, 4765 Priem Lane, Pflugerville, TX, followed by a private family burial.
