Miss. Peggy Claudette Reeves, 91 of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed from this life on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Meadows Healthcare and Rehab in Belen, New Mexico.
Born Thursday, July 21, 1932 in Montgomery, Louisiana, she was the daughter of the late Wesley and Ruby Lang Reeves. Miss Reeves had resided in Albuquerque since 1960. She was a single lady and worked at Skagg's Pharmacy until her retirement at the age of 70.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley Byron and Ruby Lang Reeves; siblings, Maxine Reeves Hammond, LaVergne Antee, Betty Hale; and her beloved pets, "Mama Cat", and her puppy "Snuggles"
Those left to cherish her memories are her brothers, Benny Reeves (Wadette), Roger Dale Reeves (Catherene), Bobby Reeves (Shirley); also her special friend, Ida Garcia.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 11:30AM in Mars Hill Cemetery of Verda, Louisiana with Rev. Donald Givens officiating.
Those honored to serve the family as pallbearers are Donald Hale, Carle Hale, Ken Hale, Jerrod Pinder, Gerald Kuhlmann, and James "Jim" Patterson.
