She was the daughter of the late James D. and Mary Hull Jefferson. For many years Mrs. Horsey had been a member of John Wesley Methodist Church in Mardela.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Annie H. Waller of Mardela, Mrs. Iva E. Handy of Hebron and Mrs. Julia H. Wilson, a Salisbury teacher. Three granddaughters also survive.
Funeral services will be held in John Wesley Methodist Church in Mardela tomorrow at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Louis R. Jones, pastor, officiating. Interment will take place in the adjacent cemetery.
Friends may call at the church Sunday from noon to 1 p.m.
