Ella Bolles appears to be the daughter of Austin Bolles (216166054) and his wife Emily J. (216166008)
In 1860 Austin Balls, age 32, farmer and his wife Emily J, age 23, were enumerated in Ulysses, Potter County, PA.
Their children were Ellen A (age 4, born PA) and DeWitt C (age 3, born PA)
In 1870 Austin Bolles, age 41, laborer, and wife Emily, 32, were living in Sperry Township, Clayton County, Iowa.
Their children were DeWitt (13,PA), Emmerson (9,PA), John (5,PA), and Linnie (2,IA)
By 1880 Austin and Emily were living in Buffalo Twp, Buchanan County, Iowa and after that they ended up in Louisiana.
I'm pretty sure that Ella is the Ellen A, age 4, in the 1860 census. I'd post her as born 1856 in PA and dying 1868 in IA and add a note that the dates were estimates from a census record and link her to her parents.
