Born August 12, 1935 in Kodol, WV, she was the daughter of the late George and Genevie (Howe) Anderson.
Polly was a film processor and driver for Weirton Studio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Shirl Hoover; a daughter, Carol Sue McNeeley; one great- grandson, Nicholas Manack; six brothers, George, Charles, James, John, Jerry and Thomas Anderson; a sister, Daisy Harmon and a great-great- granddaughter, Payton.
Surviving are three grandchildren, Jody Feist of Tennessee, Cheryl Stevens (Bill) of Follansbee and Kimberlee Manack of Ohio; six great- grandchildren, Kylie, Logan, Jimmy, Madison, Philip and Derek; two great-great-grand- children, Chance and Willow; three sisters, Rhonda Swiger and Patsy (Allen) Lancaster both of Weirton; and Diane (Chuck) Rice of North Carolina; one sister-in-law, Karen Anderson of Toronto.
