Actor. He is best remembered for his role as Chema, the baker, in the Spanish Sesame Street, "Barrio Sésamo." Born in Trillo (Guadalajara), he began his career as a musician in the band "Red de San Luis." He then moved to television, appearing along with his wife, Chelo Vivares as Espinete, in the children program Barrio Sesamo from 1983 to 1987, where he became a popular and beloved face for all a generation of children. He also worked in cinema in films such as "Los Ojos Vendados" (1978), "Matador" (1985) and "Donde Está el Corazón" (1990). In his last years, he was the owner of the Tribueñe stage. His last play was "El Retablo de la Avaricia, la Lujuria y la Muerte."
